Let me just say we were incredibly lucky to have found Dixon Smith while house hunting. Dixon is one of the most professional people we've ever met. If you're looking for someone who is completely knowledgeable, professional and has your best interests in mind, then look no further! We were on a very tight time restraint while trying to find a house. Dixon was always available to either research the property, show the property, or both. It seems there is no question that he cannot answer and if there is he will find the answer. Dixon is a straight shooter and will give you his opinion if you ask for it with your best interest in mind. If your lucky enough to have Dixon as your buying agent, it would be in "your" best interest to ask him his opinion.
